Shipping Policy – Golf By QD LLC

At Golf By QD, we strive to process and ship all orders within 3–5 business days of purchase. However, in rare cases—such as carrier delays, customs holds, high order volumes, product launches, holidays, or unforeseen emergencies—shipping may take up to 30 business days.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Expedited options may be available at checkout.


International Orders & Customs

  • We ship worldwide; delivery times vary depending on location and customs processing.

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.

  • Golf By QD LLC is not responsible for customs delays or charges.

  • Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the order being returned to us; original shipping costs will not be refunded.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

  • For damaged items, email hello@golfbyqd.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
