Return & Refund Policy – Golf By QD LLC

Effective Date: August 8, 2025

At Golf By QD LLC, we want you to love every piece you receive. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 15 calendar days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition received.
  • Items must include all original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.
  • Returns must be shipped within 15 calendar days of delivery.
  • Items received after the return window may be declined or issued store credit at our discretion.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Final-sale or clearance items
  • Used, worn, washed, or altered products
  • Items missing original packaging

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We recommend a trackable service and insurance for items over $75.
  • Golf By QD is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

4. How to Start a Return

Email hello@golfbyqd.com with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason. Once approved, send to:

5. Refund Process

  • Returns are processed within 2–3 business days after receipt.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Please check with your bank or card issuer for any additional posting time.

6. Exchanges & Damaged Items

  • Exchanges are accepted for defective or damaged items reported within 15 days of delivery.
  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos so we can assist you promptly.

7. Gifts

If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, approved returns will be refunded as store credit.

8. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
